Your investment matters now! The district and the Foundation are aware of the many challenges facing our students, our teachers, and community. These range from mental health, to achievement gaps to a deficit in students pursuing STEM degrees and more.

With the ultimate goal of enhancing educational excellence, the Foundation has the daunting task of serving more than 22,000 students and over 1,400 educators.  The district depends on community donations funneled through the Foundation to expand academic innovation and supplement educational best practices for all local students.

We hope you agree that education is the best investment for the future of our community. See below for the varying ways you can invest in Hamilton Southeastern Schools.

General Donation

Whether on a one-time basis or recurring, a general donation allows HSEF the most flexibility in applying your investment where it’s needed most.

Grow Club

The Grow Club is a group of committed parents, faculty members, and community leaders that care most about Hamilton Southeastern Schools. Grow Club members are our greatest public education champions, providing a sustainable base for long term, high impact projects in all 22 schools. Grow Club members recognize how HSE Schools play a pivotal role in community health and economic development. If you want to play a major role in driving innovation in local schools  – Grow Club is for you!

By enrolling online, you can choose to have a self-selected monthly donation charged to your credit card. This is a high impact way for you to show your support for local teachers! Your monthly gift is charged to your credit card. You can see how your investment leads to action in our schools through our quarterly “Connections” e-newsletter.

Scholarship Donation

Funds contributed via this form move directly to the HSEF restricted account for the scholarship you choose and not the general operating fund. If you don’t see a scholarship listed please contact us.

Dedicated Donation Fund

Funds contributed via this form move directly to the HSEF restricted account you choose and not the general operating fund. Options include the Excellence for All Fund, Project Hope, Dr. Allen and Melissa Bourff Teacher Appreciation Fund, Food for Thought Fund and the HSE Trustees Legacy Fund.

HSE Payroll Direct

Through the HSE Schools Payroll Donation Program, teachers and staff have the opportunity to donate a specified amount directly from their paycheck that fits their individual budget. Participation in this giving program is another great way for teachers and staff to continue to share their commitment to our students and schools.

You become part of the financial investing family that supports our own students and important work to elevate education within our schools. While we are fortunate to live in a community that puts education as a top priority, an investment in the Hamilton Southeastern Education Foundation only increases our chances for greater success. HSEF bridges funding gaps and drives educational innovation by providing grants to educators and scholarships to students.

Employer Matching Programs

What if for every dollar you invested in the Hamilton Southeastern Schools Foundation, our students, teachers and schools received $2.00 or more?  That is exactly what happens when individuals activate matching programs through their employers.  The trouble is, most employees don’t even know their companies offer employee matching gift programs.  In fact, these programs are generally quite simple – typically printing or completing an online form that states the date, amount, and type of your gift (i.e. cash, volunteer time, etc) along with the address of the charity.

Here is all you’ll need to know about HSEF to double or triple your contribution through your employers program:
