Teaching Genius
Scientech Summer Institute
The Scientech/Ball State University Summer Institute is designed to increase the content area knowledge of area teachers of math and science.
Held July 10-14 at Fishers High School College and Career Academy, the Institute will provide teachers of physics, math, biology, and chemistry the opportunity to learn new math and science content with professors. Then teachers will work collaboratively with professors and colleagues to develop classroom-ready curricula. A showcase of their efforts will be held on Friday, July 14.
Thanks to the Indianapolis-based Scientech Foundation, each participant will receive a $400 stipend for his/her work.
